IMCS Cargo and Marine surveyors and consultants - Belgium (Antwerp)
Belgium (Antwerp) Back to Overview

IMCS - Belgium, with headquarters in Antwerp, has served the marine industry for more than 20 years since its foundation in 1990. The office of IMCS -Antwerp is situated along the quays of the Bonaparte Dock and Scheldt River, near the historical centre of the city and just a few minutes away from the docks of one of the busiest ports in the world.
Whilst most of the survey and consultancy work is carried out for P&I clubs (either directly or through local correspondents), H&M underwriters, Ship Owners, Ship Managers and Cargo Underwriters, tailor made solutions for marine projects as well as support and training schemes are engineered and developed as well. A professional team of 7 surveyors, most of which have a sea-going background on board merchant vessels, guarantees availability, flexibility and professional assistance when and where needed on a 24/7 basis. Just have a look to our Surveyor’s list to learn more about our surveyors and the specialist fields covered by our Antwerp Office.
Although the Port of Antwerp is the main working area of our office, other important ports such as Ghent, Zeebrugge, Terneuzen, Flushing and Dunkirk are all within a 200 km range circle from the Antwerp office.
The office is also strategically located between Antwerp and Brussels National airport, which allows quick response in case intervention and assistance abroad is needed.
